dc.description.abstracthe study fabricates polyvinyl alcohol and polystyrene nanofibers via electrospinning for controlled release of spearmint and basil essential oils. The better polymer among the two was selected as the base matrix, for the active and passive loading of essential oils. Various analytical techniques were performed to compare the fiber morphology and oil entrapment in both the loading techniques.en_US
