Abstract: The electronics manufacturing sector in India is undergoing rapid expansion while concurrently facing unpredictable, uncertain, and technologically dynamic circumstances. In these conditions, employees' agility is an essential element for organizations to retain competitiveness. This study examines how high-performance work system (HPWS) improve employee agility by utilizing the mediating mechanism of creative process engagement (CPE), based on the dynamic capability perspective. The study investigates how technological readiness (TR) influences the relationship between CPE and employee agility, either enhancing or diminishing this connection based on employees' trust in utilizing new technology. Empirical data were gathered from employees in the Indian electronics manufacturing industry using a systematic survey. The research enhances the literature on HRM and organizational agility by synthesizing HR systems, creative processes, and technological elements. The results are anticipated to yield both theoretical and managerial implications, indicating that organizations should strategically align high-performance work system with employee creativity and technology adoption programs to enhance agility in swiftly evolving market conditions.
