description.abstractA Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) is proposed for high performance induction motor drive. The d-q model of the complete scheme is formulated and analyzed by MATLAB simulator with FLC. Later, the scheme is implemented on a laboratory-sized experimental setup. The simulation and experiment are carried out under identical operating conditions and presented. The comparison of simulation and experimental results under identical operating conditions reveals good agreement.en
