| description.abstract | Fault tolerance is an important requirement for real time distributed systems, which is designed to provide solutions in a stringent timing constraint. This paper considers both
fault-tolerant and adaptive fault-tolerant scheme on heterogeneous multi component distributed system architecture using a software technique based on Distributed Recovery Block(DRB). In this paper, we present our most recent work leading to an adaptive fault-tolerance in real time distributed system, a mutli component architecture , by software technique based on DRB with Random- EDF heuristic tolerates about 10% to 20% number of permanent failures and an arbitrary number of timing failures. | en |
