The present study is an attempt to explore the scientific domain of “Workforce Diversity” from 2002-2022 for two decades, by using bibliometric analysis and to explore the future research agenda in the field of business and management. The current study is based only on articles published in Business, management, and accounting domains. The analyzed articles are extracted from the Scopus database comprising 468 publications from 2002 to October 2022. The present study applied bibliometric techniques such as citation analysis, co-citation analysis, bibliographic coupling, co-authorship analysis, and co-occurrence of keyword analysis using the Biblioshiny software package of R and VoS viewer software. The bibliometric analysis highlights the publication trends, most influential authors, journals, articles, countries, and important keywords. In addition to this, the current study also depicts the direction in the field of workforce diversity which has been conducted in the past decades. It also highlighted the emerging research expansion and diversification in the literature on workforce diversity. Lastly, future research avenues in this domain are also provided. The first limitation of the present study is the extraction of research articles from a single database, i.e., Scopus. The second limitation is the time framework i.e., the present study considered only 2002-2022 years. It provides insights to the researchers and practitioners on the comprehensive understanding of this domain concerning the publication trends, and emerging research themes identified in the clusters, suggesting possible directions for further study, and framing strategies for managing workforce diversity in the organization. The present study provides the intellectual structure of workforce diversity and its advancement over the periodsen_US
