Abstract: The mechanical and dielectric properties of Natural Sunn Hemp Fiber-reinforced Epoxy Composite with various fiber loadings are investigated at ambient temperature. Inadequate fiber loading decreases the mechanical strength of the composite. Dielectric constant and loss factor are increased with loading. The presence of non-debye type of relaxation was confirmed from the cole-cole impendence plot. Conduction mechanism in the composite system revealed the increase of conductivity values with an increase in fiber loading which ascribed to the addition of hydroxyl polar group in the amorphous phase. The study revealed that there is a correlation between structure and dielectric as well as mechanical properties exist.
