dc.description.abstractLibrary is a place where documents are stored and services are rendered to its patrons by the library staff and to provide the best services, staff has to go through many procedures as per the library policy and decisions. So, staff as a library professional has general obvious question as what next in library? Undoubtedly, the advent of information technology has made the working easy but at the same time, it has also brought tremendous growth in literature and also in multi-disciplinary subjects and that has shaped the situation of information explosion with challenging situation to manage these information effectively for every professional. Professionals at this point of time think what I shall do next after completing one task in order to manage these resources and information effectively. A professional here is supposed to sense the need of library users and accordingly the services from library have to be provided. This paper discusses the conceptual framework about the best possible solutions in library for any library professionals about what next can be done in library?en_US
