This paper presents simulation results obtained from a feedforward vector controlled induction motor drive under varying operating conditions like step change in speed command and step change in torque command. Here fuzzy logic controller is used for controlling the speed. The performance of fuzzy logic controller has been investigated and compared with the conventional PI controller based drive. The simulation results show that fuzzy controller is superior to PI controller under dynamic condition.en
