Distributed signal processing is an important area of research in wireless sensor network to make the network durable by using the processing capacity of the individual sensor nodes in the wireless sensor network. Environment monitoring is one brightest application of wireless sensor network. In this paper we have designed a novel way to estimate the state of the environment using minimum volume elisoid method in incremental strategies. The mathematica formulation is done. The mathematica formulation id aso done to calculate the lifetime of the sensor network both for classical technique and proposed technique and it was shown that the lifetime of the sensor increases much more in the proposed technique. The proposed technique is simulated.en
