Abstract: he proliferation of Internet of Things (IoT) presents significant challenges in data management, protocol compatibility, and edge-to-cloud communication. This paper presents a scalable multi-protocol IoT gateway architecture that addresses these challenges through a unified data pipeline, enabling efficient data acquisition from diverse IoT devices.The system incorporates an edge intelligence layer using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) models for real-time prediction and asynchronous task processing to enhance system responsiveness, It also employs advanced visualization techniques and trans-mits data to cloud platforms. The gateway is developed with containerized microservices, which ensures reliability and scal-ability across diverse hardware platforms. By performing local data processing and analysis, the gateway design initiates edge computing, reducing dependency on continuous cloud connec-tivity,bandwidth consumption,and latency,resulting in increased overall system efficiency. Experimental results shows that the system can manage multiple data sources, perform real-time processing, and maintaining reliable synchronization with cloud platforms. This research contributes to IoT infrastructure by presenting a realistic, extendable approach for next-generation IoT gateway systems with integrated edge intelligence and cloud data management.
