dc.description.abstractPb-doped BiFeO3 powders were synthesized by simultaneous precipitation method and their dielectric and ferroelectric properties were investigated after sintering in air. Bulk densities up to 93% of theoretical density can be achieved with Pb-doping. The dielectric and ferroelectric properties also improved significantly with respect to pure BiFeO3 after Pb-doping.en
