dc.description.abstract | We reveal the influence of non-magnetic Al3+ ion on magnetic, dielectric and optical properties of KBiFe2O5 multiferroic. SEM analysis reveals that the doped samples having reduced grain size has a strong influence on dielectric data. The isothermal magnetic data (M-H) shows enhancement in magnetization with increasing Al concentration. The temperature dependent magnetic study depicts that no bifurcation is found in ZFC/FC curve which signifies less anisotropy in samples. From both the temperature dependent magnetic and dielectric data, a transition is observed at a temperature range 760 -780 K which reflects magnetoelectric coupling in all samples. | en_US |
