dc.description.abstractElectric Vehicle which is widely used runs on the battery. The battery used in the EV is chargeable battery which is the main advantage of EV. So this battery is charged by the on-board charger or off-board charger. Bidirectional dc-dc converters are used for this and one of them is Dual Active Bridge (DAB) converter. Modulation technique used in this paper is SPS (single phase shift).The battery charging is done by the CC (constant current) mode with the help of PI controller in the MATLAB Simulinken_US
