Abstract: | In this paper, an attempt has been made to propose a measuring instrument known as EduQUAL for evaluation of quality in Technical Education System (TES). Factor analysis has been carried out on responses obtained through cross-sectional questionnaire survey on various items to validate dimensionality of the instrument and it is found that 28 items loaded above 0.5. Neural network models have been proposed to assess the degree of satisfaction of various stakeholders in TES. In doing so, not only the areas of improvement but also the minimum number of items satisfying all the stakeholders can be identified. Finally, the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is used to provide guidelines for administrators of the institutions to prioritize improvement policies needs to be implemented |
