Abstract: | iferroic composites have advantage over single phase multiferroic system in the aspect of large magneto-electric behavior above and around room temperature (RT) suitable for multifunctional device fabrication. The ferroelectric phase with large piezoelectric coefficient and magnetic phase with large magnetostriction coefficient are advantageous to achieve better magneto-electric properties. |
