Submission Guidelines                                                                                                  Home

• To submit documents in this Archive it is must that, at least one author of the document is affiliated with NIT Rourkela
• Presently, Journal Article, Conference Papers and Preprints are document types can be submitted in the Archive
• Contact Dspace Team if you have any other type of document to submit.

• To submit documents in Dspace, you have to first register with dspace at Mydspace.  Use only the official NIT email ids <id@nitrkl.ac.in> for registration.  You can't upload your documents with other private email ids. 
  
• Copyright related problems will be taken care by the Dspace Team.
  

Email Uploading

• If you find difficult to upload your documents, you can simply email the  soft copy of your documents (with minimum bibliographic details)  to biswalh@nitrkl.ac.in, the Dspace Team will upload the documents on behalf of you.
